Well, I can tell you where to NOT get a beagle puppy.

Any pet store
Any backyard breeder
A newspaper ad
An Internet breeder who ships

These all support terrible overpopulation industries and often breed dogs with severe gentic problems, behavioural problems, and health problems. I'm going to give you a few links to help you recognize a reputable breeder and some lists of questions to ask your potential breeder. Good luck to you.
