That has been the pagan practices of a very Old Tradition when man was still grappling for an answer for what is a better offer to their God.. a young blood, an enemy's blood, a basket of fruits, an animal blood, a virgin's blood, a hunter's kill, a stranger, a sinner, a witch, criminal or yourself as a sacrifice? Is it really okay to kill in the name of God.
In Ezekiel 18: 32 God declared that "For I take no pleasure in the death of anyone, declares the Lord. Repent and live.'
Meaning even He is oppose to killing. All He wanted is for you to go back to being good so that you could live.
Israel at that time of Ezekiel had even blamed God for being unjust and so God then told them "Is it not your ways that are unjust?" a simple question that proved man got the wrong interpretations on the words of God and they did what God did not tell them to do.
But that killing part was even seen by Jesus when he spoke to his disciples. John 16:1-3 "All this I have told you so that you will not go astray. They will put you out of the synagogue; IN FACT, A TIME IS COMING WHEN ANYONE WHO KILLS YOU WILL THINK HE IS OFFERING A SERVICE TO GOD. They will do such things because they have not known the Father or me. I have told you this so that when the time comes you will remember that I warned you. I did not tell you this at first because I was with you.
That kind of killing is being done by one major religion who thinks they are offering service to God and they really think they know God so much which they dont.

Killing in what sense?????
If u think killing animals n then eatin them is bad, so it is bad to kill a plant. Recent researches show that plants have as much feelings as animals n humans. A plant cried loudly (much alike to the human baby) when it's store of water was dried up.
If u see the human body, u will realise that it is made for eating CERTAIN animals. Look at teeth. There are the sharp theeth n the flat teeth. Some are to tear of flesh, some are to tear of fibres of plants. same goes with the other digestive organs. what about the protins? we get the most proteins from animal flesh. if we don't have protein, simple enzymes cannot be produced by our body n the person dies.

No God permits that. It is only done by the misguided followers for their personal and political reasons. Tell me of any religion which preaches to kill. Followers who do not understand the sermons in its proper perspective indulge in this bringing the entire community a bad name.

No. Killing in the name of God is not necessarily sanctioned by God. Killing which conforms to Levitical law or civil statutes is sanctioned by God.
Jesus Christ said in Matthew 5:18 "For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled."
All other killing involving the laying in wait to murder are a violation of "Thou Shalt Not Kill".

Yes, of course it is. Man has killed in name of god for as long man has been evolved enough to know better, so this is fine. Also, if god did not want man to kill in god's name, god would not allow it ..... right?

Noone can justify killing by saying it's for the Creator. But self-preservation is a reality of our world.
Giving ones life for their faith is one thing. Sitting back and
watching people get massacred over some pious attitude of
not killing, is irresponsibilty.

God would not ask anyone to break one of His commands. Like an individual killing someone else. Governments are different, though.

It is not right to kill anyone for religious beliefs.
I even feel guilty for eating meat.
I like animals and have empathy for their suffering .
The only reason to kill is for the defense of your LIFE.
