Well according to buisness analizists at MIT and Harvard, the United States has been set on the path of economical failure in 20 years unless extremely drastic steps are taken. Steps like increasing taxes to close to 60%, decreaseing spending on speciality products and finding a way to repair international trade lines.
America may pull through...maybe, but it will forever change the way that we live our lives and we will not be anywhere near the world power that we were just 8 years ago.
