You could with their written permission but I wouldnt advise it. How are you planning on navigating a new country with a younger brother? How would you pay for things etc?

I don't know - but I know how to find out.
Contact the airline, and also look up the French embassy to the US (and the office responsible for US Passports and international travel) on the internet.
Actually, I found these:
http://www.info-france-usa.org/
http://travel.state.gov/passport/passport_1738.html
Look at what they say, or write and ask.
I've been to France. It's a beautiful country. Good luck.

If you're over 16 you can. Bring your passport. Some cash and/or a debit card would be of use too. Watch your browther. Speak French. Eat tasty bread. Visit the Eiffel tower. Enjoy life. God bless you.

LIKE all FOREIGNERS (including illegal aliens) in all countries you have to have legal documentation or a passport.
Your age doesn't matter but being LEGAL does! One can have proper documentation as an infant.
Traveling alone under-aged without an adult may cause a problem without special permission.

Of course, all you need to have is your passport (unless they also require obtaining a French Visa; it's been a while, you use to be able to travel through Europe with just your passport). I'd check with the French Consulate and confirm, but otherwise, as long as you are responsible and feel safe yourselves I wouldn't worry about it.

while you're from a "unlucky united states" you should nevertheless be eligible for a visa till you're a criminal, you in basic terms ought to pay for it. you in basic terms does no longer be elligible to immigrated legally and not utilising a mandatory capacity or commerce or a sponsor you may get a vacationer visa. and you like a Visa because it incredibly is authorizing you to circulate to the different united states as unfavorable to illegally crossing the border. it incredibly is used to regulate the flow of persons right into a rustic.

Sure you can. What puzzles me is why you would want to go to France.
Try Switzerland, Spain, Italy, and the rest of Europe. Bypass France.

You can....but I'm not so sure you can purchase the tickets. Unless your buying them online with their credit card. But why do you want to go alone without an adult.......that is very dangerous......

You can fly alone at 16 internationally, but you need to show proof of who you will be staying with; otherwise, they won't let you on the airplane.
