Besides Protestants there is no other "branch" of Christians. A lot of others claim to be Christian, like Mormons, LDS, Catholics, wishful thinking I guess.
The largest denominations would be, Baptist and Methodist.

Protestants are not really a branch. The word now refers to those who claim to be Christians but are neither Catholic or Orthodox.
To answer your question, it is Roman Catholic.

Maybe they are the Catholics who like to think of themselves as Christians. Or maybe the Mormons. It's pretty popular to call your cult "Christian" even if it doesn't really follow the commands of Christ & the Apostles. Good question.
