It might vary depending of it's the Spanish from Spain or the Spanish from Latin America. It will also vary if the "you" refers to the plural or to the singular and also if you are adressing the person(s) in a formal or informal way.
Spain:
Singular, formal: Ha hundido usted mi barco.
Singular, informal: Has hundido mi barco.
Plural: Habéis hundido mi barco.
Latin America:
Singular, formal: Hundió usted mi barco or Usted hundió mi barco.
Singular, informal: Has hundido mi barco / Hundiste mi barco.
Plural: Han ustedes hundido mi barco / Ustedes hundieron mi barco.
The translation before the slash is more the translation you would find in a book, and the second one is used in normal-day speech.
