Why can't i download the windows sp xp2 servicepack?

Everytime i get ready to install it, it doesn't go, Why?

You may already have it go to control panel add and remove and look for your updates there or go to your security page and look at all your updates and see if you see it there you can also go to automatic updates and on the left it will say see your updates Good Luck

Maybe you dont have a genuine Windows XP. If you dont have genuine you can't downlaod any update from Microsoft. Good luck.
