The ingredient found in red grape skins is resveratrol.
I don't know if it is found also in other red fruits but I'd have though that if it was then the makers of fruit drinks such as cranberry or blackcurrant would be advertising it heavily, since ithas been reported for years that resveratrol in red wine has health benefits.
And there was more positive news just this week -- see http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/6105412.stm

The benefits of red wine comes from the skins, and many other red-skinned fruits have similar polyphenol components. However, most fruit wines are not fermented with the skins, and gain their color from other sources (food coloring, the juice) and do not have the same benefits.
If you don't like drinking red wines, then maybe a cup of tea?

Many of the "benefitial" components in the red wines come mainly from the skin of the grape which may not be present in other fruits that are used to make wine. So it won't be exactly the same.
But what the heck, enjoy what you like. In moderation, of course.
