I own two of them and have them in a Chevy Blazer. Amazing sub, very durable and loud. If you are going for sound quality and accuracy make sure you provide them with more than adequate power (hard to do) and place them in a ported box made to Kicker's design templates. Loudest subs I have ever heard, I have them powered by a Kicker XS100 for each. This is giving them approximately 1200watts per sub and they want more.
At first I had them hooked up to a Kicker 2500x1. They flexed approximately 1" from it's downstroke to the upstroke. But now with these amps they are cleaner and flex about 2.5" total.

Depends on what type of bass you want. 15's are usually to boomy and have sloppy bass compared to 10's or 12's. I would recommend going with 12's. Unless all you want is loud bass and not quality bass then go with the 15's. Kickers are pretty good subs also. If i didn't have my Infinity Kappa Perfects 12's I probably would have gone with Kickers.
