It is when a girls pants are too small and they suck up into her you know what and then you can see the whole outline of her snatch which looks like a camel toe and that is why it is a camel toe.
As for your cosin, what is her age? I cannot answer that good without knowing her age. My best advice is to be straight up. No one should had to die of embarassment of a camel toe because they did not know what one was or how to prevent it.

LOL This is actually quite funny. Camel toe is when women where pants that are too tight and the pants kind of wedge into their crotch. Thus, looking like a camel's toe.

Camel toe is when a girl is so "loose" because she's been banged so many times, that her pants actually go INTO her (you know what) I had a girlfriend with that once.. pretty nasty.
