thank you for all your answers.
it's a little more complicated than that, though. we have discussed things, talked, and decided to be together, provided i fix things. i suppose a gesture of some sort.
that's it!

A relationship problem can not be solved without improving the way you both communicate with each other. You need to make him feel loved in the language he knows. This not always in words. You need to identify what his love language is and concentrate your expression of love in those areas. There is a language to express apology, you need to figure out which is his. Check out the links below.
There is no easy answer so expect to work really hard to regain his trust.

You have to ask yourself why you did what you did, and not come up with, because you did.... or last week you.... answers. Look at the greater cause of why you did what you did not the petty little things that happend just before, figure out how you can explain this in a calm adult way without allowing yourself to be distracted. The petty things are normal everyday life and if you give in to arguing about it you will just go round and round in circles. Never argue with emotions.
Then you need to admit to your partner you did wrong and stop there, no excuses
Then you need to apologise.
Then DISCUSS why you did what you did and remember this is not your chance to make excuses, this is your chance to fix things. be calm and mature.

There would be no reason to fix anything in a relationship if you did not break the bond of trust. You have to be open and honest plain and simple. If you choose to do something you knew your partner could not accept then you pay to play.Communication and trust is everything. If there is no trust then you do not have a relationship that will last. If was something you said to offend you should say I am sorry and go from there.

Tie him up, talk to him for hours about what bugs you , he cannot run away and you can really nagandnag.
Easy to make a man feel good. Just say everything he wants to hear, agree to everything he says and have his meals on time. Be his personal slave forever that is the only thing that will make a man feel better.
