If you can't eat Fruit, Salad, Nuts or Rice because of an allergy or digestive problem, then how about low cal soups and low cal hot chocolate? If your adversion to rice isn't for medical reasons, try rice cakes, the're low cal and come in many flavors and taste really nice. One way to avoid snacking is by having a cerial breakfast and supper like All Bran, have it with chilled Soyamilk and you don't get the latose aftertaste of normal milk and it's a lot healthier for you.

I am there with you girl. I hate fruit and salads. I take isagenix shakes with isafruits added to it. That way you get all your body needs without the icky taste of fruits. Not to mention all the pesticides that go with it. Isagenix is a great weight loss and health benefit program. Go to http://www.liabeck.isagenix.com
to check it out. This stuff actually stopped my craving for chocolate--I was sure that was impossible!!

Cheese is bullkak - it's full of fat.
Popcorn is the best suggestion. Get one of the machines that uses hot air to pop it and there a next to no calories in it. It is a bit bland after a while, but a sprinkle of salt helps.
I seasoned some with those jars of dried herbs you get in the supermarket for cooking and it was really nice.

Well, that is hard. If you are having a craving for something sweet, then I would say eat something sweet. You are trying to avoid candy, but you don't want anyone to suggest fruit. So I don't know what to tell you.

Yogurt or MAYBE granola.
Are you sure it's salad you can't eat instead of certain vegetables? I do know that certain veggies can cause some digestive upsets, and of course there are the allergies.
