Cocoa powder - 1-1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/8 teaspoon
Cold water - 3/4 cup
Milk - 1 cup, boiled
Sugar - 2 teaspoon or adjusted to taste

Method: Mix together the cocoa and salt with a tablespoon of water and blend to a smooth paste. Dilute it with the cold water. Boil for 3 minutes stirring once in a while. Pour in the milk and bring to boil just once. Remove from the heat, add sugar, and keep it covered for 3 minutes before serving. Serve hot and enjoy!

Ghiradelli's Ground Chocolate.

Trust me on this one. It makes THE BEST hot cocoa in the world. Buy it in the baking aisle, and follow the instructions on the canister for hot cocoa. It requires milk.

You can add a few drops of peppermint extract to the pot (not to each mug) for a super minty hint. You can top with Marshmallows, Marshmallow stuff, or whipping cream (my personal fave).

And don't forget the red or green (for Christmas) or yellow or orange (for Thanksgiving) sugar crystals sprinkled lightly on the top.

Yummy. You are in for a real treat!

Fill a mug with 1 cup of 1% milk and microwave on medium for about 1 minute. Carefully remove and add 2 Dove Dark Promises. Stir gently until the chocolate melts. Enjoy!

I found this in a little booklet from Prevention magazine. I tried it and it really is delicious. I prefer mine a little sweeter though, so I add a Splenda packet to mine. The taste is divine and it is very good for you too. Dark chocolate is full of antioxidants and Dove Dark cholotates have 41mg for only 1.3oz!

Did you mean hot cocoa? Just boil water, pick a mix packet, add whipped cream, and stir.

My favorite brand is Carnation. Get the one in the canister, not the individual packets. This way you can mix to taste whether you like it made with milk or water.

And don't forget the whipped cream...
