has anyone used the yoga ball to tone up and lose weight?? does it work??

I love the stability ball! I take two classes on it a week. I even sit on it while watching TV or while at my computer desk. That way I'm sitting up straight while working on my balance & my core at the same time.

It's AWESOME. One of the best exercise tools out there today. Dont waste your money on the ab lounge if youre getting a ball. It does the same thing and MUCH more.

Expect toning, not weight loss. Real weight loss will come from cardio and a healthy diet. Good luck!

YES! It works wonders... When I first purchased one I didn't think it would be as good as I was told. But, over time you will see great results! Also Yoga DVDs and such are a life saver. Helps strengthen your back, tone all areas of your body and give you great flexibility.
