Is this normal? It itches so badly that I end up scratching and stop running!

I do have dry skin. Is that why? Need I use a lotion before running?

There's a product, I forget the name right now but it's a lubricant for your skin designed for runners. It will prevent chafing. If the itching is under your clothes, put the lubricant on those areas. I hope this helps. Body Glide! I just remembered the name!

your sweat may have like a high PH or something that causes irritation to the skin, try drinking water before during and after to see if it helps, if not talk to a doc, there may be an imbalance of some kind.

not sure of the scientific reasoning but it has to do with blood flow, adrenline, etc.
