It depends on the type of eye drops. Some are just saline and will do nothing other than make the drink salty. Some could be dangerous. If in doubt, read labels, contact poison control, and/or call a doctor.

why would you want to put eye drops is someones drink to begin with... and I would assume that depending on the drop and the amount it could probably kill them and since your asking the question.. Just don't do it and you don't need worry

Phenolphthalein is a pretty powerful laxative as well as a carcinogen. If you put it in my drink, I would sue you, have you arrested and very possibly beat you to a bloody pulp.
