I suggest you getting a loan in person. Any business on the internet can look legit, but they can scam you for your personal idenification or credit records.

If you want to go through a online company for a loan, I strongly encourage you to go to the Better Business Bureau to check if the company is legit and also see if they have any records of scamming.

It can be, as long as it is from a trusted provider. You should make sure the company is one that you have heard of. If not, they should at least have a satisfactory rating with the Better Business Bureau.

You should be careful though, to ensure that you are not getting the equivalent of a high priced payday loan.
