They can be scanned and edited with Adobe Photoshop. Local photographers in your area will probably edit your wedding photos for you. Best wishes and congratulations!

I'm sorry I have no suggestion of fixing the pictures. I had a question though. Do you look big in the pictures because you are big? I do not mean you're a cow (that guy should be slapped). I'm simply asking if the pictures seem accurate or if the camera really did add 10 pounds. If it was the camera or the photographer, then I'd suggest using someone else, and taking some post-wedding bridal photos, or maybe even have your husband re-rent his tux and take a few together. If it was you and not the camera, then the re-touching is up to you of course, or you could use those photos as incentive and lose the weight (lord know that's what i'm trying to do, so I'm not judging you). Then when you show your pictures next year and people think to themselves she was big, then they'll tell you how great you look now. It's worth a try anyway. Or you can assure yourself that your husband married you at your worst he must love you so much more now. Sorry, if this seemed rude, I couldnt help with the photos, so I tried to help a little emotionally.

The photo can be scanned into a computer and then manipulated by Photo Shop or other programs.
But I would advise against it. It will mean more to you if you keep the photos honest. Just don't show them to anyone who is in the habit of mocking how you look.

I bet you looked beautiful, but if you really hate the pics you could contact a professional photographer and ask whether you could pay them to touch up your pictures.

Yes, pictures can be re-touched. Take them back to the photographer and see if he can fix them.

The photographer can re-touch them. He should have some sort of electronic record of them.

You can scan them, and have a person who is proficient in Photoshop re-touch them to your liking. I fix my photos this way all the time! ;)
