Is there a loan program avl. in GA for one getting a degree in ED. and can be written off if u teach in GA?

I have heard of a program and do not racall the name of it... but it allows a person to get a student loan to pursue a degree in the educational feild and if that person agrees to work with int ht state of GA for a certain amout of time then it does not have to be repaid and is essentially written off for time served...Does this program still exist and where can I get info on it?
