Squats are the best you can do, and, if done correctly, work basically your whole body. Lunges are also very good, and so are leg press. These really target your quads (thighs) and glutes (butt). One exercise I really like to do for the hamstrings (behind the thighs) are stiff leg deadlifts.

Yeah doing the 30 day squats venture on my own would possibly not make a lot of a change to your butt. It could make your butt and thighs less attackable however no longer better. I have consistently had small butt, flat at the best part of my butt and semi-complete cheeks at the backside and squats and lunges have under no circumstances performed a lot for me. However considering the fact that January, I had been taking weightlifting categories at my nearby gymnasium. We do weighted barbell squats and lunges. I began out squatting 30 lbs (15 on every part of the bar), and now I can squat forty five lbs. And you will have to see my butt, it's now not flat at the best, it's frivolously circular and really perky in all my pants. I would possibly not say its better but, however is obviously extra outlined and circular. A private teacher informed me to be able to construct a better butt, you ought to preserve including weight because it will get less difficult to raise. So i will be able to preserve doing that considering the fact that I have already obvious excellent outcome in lower than three months! **Also whilst doing squats, it is a well factor to don't forget that the additional aside your ft are, the extra you goal your butt muscle mass. And the nearer your ft are, the extra you're operating your thigh muscle mass. Hope this is helping :)

I have found that the best thing you can do for your legs is run! May sound simple but it is true in my opinion. All those fancy work out machines and such don't even hold a candle to what a good run would do for your legs and thighs. As far as booty, I would say yoga! Yoga is great for all areas of the body so try that out and see if you like the results.

squats, squats, squats!! also lunges with free weights are great for getting quick results. Of course, in order to obtain the best results, you need to couple the lifting exercises with cardio, 30-45 minutes 3x a week or so. Keep this up for a couple weeks and you'll start to notice a change!

I have knee caps that dont stay on track. I have to keep my glutes really strong in order for no long term damage. PT has given me some very simple excersises to keep it that way. I use bands and resistance training and that seems to really help with not alot of fuss. I use my porch post to keep some tied too and ready to go!!!>
