Squats!
Sit back and straighten back up tightening your butt, thighs and abs! Inhale on your way down, exhale on the way up. For a bigger chalenge, hold down for a few breaths and straighten, then repeat. 3 sets of 10 each day and you'll be on your way to a fab bottom!
Multi task and combine exercise with with dumbells in hands arms to your side. When sitting back in a squat, bend you elbows to a 90 degree angle ( L ) then straighten them as you get back up.

My rear got alot smaller and firmer over the summer. I would do 10 minutes on a stair climber and 20 minutes on a eliptical machine 4 days a week, then I did the Winsor Pilates Bun and Thigh video 3 to 4 times a week also. One hour 4 times a week and my booty got into great shape.
PS) the first time you do the pilates video you FEEL it! I highly reccommend it.

Walk on a treadmill about 3.0 to 3.5 mph with an incline of about 3, 4, or 5. As high as you can stand it without looking like you're marching. That'll tighten up your hips and thighs in a couple of weeks.

Stand upright along with your ft slightly aside. carry one knee up and use your arms to help pulling that knee in direction of your shoulder. All that factor shop the only of your ft as parallel to the floor as a possibility. If ya touch your knee on your shoulders, you get carry of a properly toned physique as that's.

If you have a lot of fat there, then you just have to do cardio. If you have a muscular butt, try yoga. It stretches the muscles and minimizes the appearance of your butt.

yeah u can make ur butt firm bylying flat then liftin ur legs horizontally do dat within two weeks and ur but will be firm
