he knows but he wont admit that he knows? I mean do you tell him that it truly did happen for the simple fact that you love him and dont want to lie or do you just keep insisting it never happened? because the only reason you did it was because he was a straight up player but now he has finaly fell in love and changed his ways for you???

If you really love someone then you would try your best not to hurt them in any way. Right? So first of all you have to be honest with your feelings towards him. Do you really love him as much a you think you do? He's a good guy for sticking around despite the rumors. Not to many people would put up with that. I really think you should be honest with him he deserves that much from you. Vice versa, you would want him to be honest with you right? Dishonesty does no one good. Tell him and hope for the best but don't expect much. Next time think wisely before you make any decisions especially one like this. Think about the consequences of your actions first before you act.

Ask yourself this question:
If you were the one who was cheated on , wouldnt you want to know? It's like youre living a lie in some sort because no matter what you're really not being honest/faithful.
Just me personally, and I dont want to judge at all but I couldnt live with it, knowing that something like that happened with their best friend?
My best advice would be to fess up, it will hurt like heck when you do and tears are probably going to fall but its the Right thing to do.
If you tell him and he forgives you thats fine and you can go about your ways together but if and hopefully when, you do tell him and he doesn't want to see you anymore then you just have to chalk it up as a loss and a learning experience.

hmmm i was in the same situation
i didn't tell him i denyed it
i still deny it to this day
needless to say he and i haven't spoken in quite some time now
i say that you tell him and apologize for it fess up and beg him for foriveness
it is better then being there and when you two end up breaking it off because of all the distrust in the relationship you will realize you should have told him
no sorry i'm not saying that is going to happen but oyu should fess up he loves you and you love him you should keep your guys relationship as honest as possible.

he is none too swift if he knows and still associates with you and this "friend" of his.
You, on the other hand should be ashamed of yourself for your immoral and hurtful conduct. You cannot be trusted and apparently do not think...at least with what is between your ears.
Love him and don't want to lie to him. Ha! So sanctimonious. If you "loved" him and din't want to "lie" why'd you spread your legs for his pal? Could you please explain that here as I'm sure there are many more than just I who'd like to know the answer to that question.

Be up front and honest with him now. It maybe painful but at least your were woman enough to admit a mistake (if it was a mistake). You will have to deal with the consequences of his reaction. You must not really love him to have slept with one of his best friends. You should feel bad for hurting someone that loves you as much as you say he does. Just my 8 cents worth.

You should have NEVER done this! Hopefully you will never do it again! I am not going to tell you to fess up. What you did is wrong, dead wrong, but you fessing up is not going to do anything but hurt him more. You are going to have to live with your own guilt on this one, and if you get that urge to cheat again, do him a favor and break off the relationship first.

Love and lie's don't work, fess up and if he loves you,he will forgive you,but you will have to regain his trust, which could take awhile. The grass may always look greener on the other side, but it's not.

If you really love him you will tell him the truth. You shouldn't lie to him just because you are afraid that he will leave you. Because if he is just staying with you because he doesn't know the truth then that isn't fair to him,

well there's a word for women like you but the truth is theres a reason you did it and no matter what you do the reason is going to be there and unfortunately it wasn't because you love him if you did u wouldn't have. stop lying forgiveness is hard to give and even harder to recieve.
