Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming, running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions, pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

I know how you feel. I too could not push the bad foods away and nor did I want to but still I lost 112 pounds. The first 6 months I did not diet, I still ate whatever I wanted and lost an average 1-5 pounds a month by exercising daily-cardio for 1 hour.

Because I was exercising so heavy, I thought that if I ate healthy I could lose a lot of weight, so the next three months I ate healthier but still had some bad foods but lost 10 pounds per month for the next 3 months.

It took me 1.5 years to lose the weight from 263 to 151 which I am now a size 10.

so, don't make your goal "Pushing all the bad foods away". Right now get out and exercise daily while working "slowly" picking healthier food /meal choices. Make exercising daily your goal and good eating will follow.

Get on a natural and healthy no diet weight loss plan that allows you to eat normal foods and does not require you to purchase or eat special foods. It has done wonders for me. Down 24 pounds, 2 3/4" in my waist, blood pressure and cholesterol levels are back to normal and I have only been on this 32 days as of today. What to know what I had for lunch and supper yesterday? Those diet folks would freak out but I just smile when I step on my scale

Yes you can. You need to change the way you think about food. There is no such thing as 'bad food'. Too much of any food will make you either sick or fat. Don't think of foods like pizza, chips and chocolates and pasta and bread or whatever else you think of now as being bad foods - as BAD FOODS! Think of them as being GOOD food - that is - the food YOU really like to eat. Then you make them luxury foods.... the ones you eat sometimes - for special treats. You think of all the so-called 'good' foods - fruit, veggies, fish, lean meat etc. as EVERY DAY foods and you make sure you eat them most of the time. I applied this simple strategy and lost 15kg. I am eating a small bowl of strawberries, chopped dates, m and m's and ginger - all my GOOD foods - as I write this. I can do this knowing that today - I drank my 8 glasses of water, ate my EVERYDAY food throughout the day - and now I deserve a treat. This works for me. I never feel deprived and yet I continue to lose weight!

You can loose weight and still eat junk. You loose weight when you either eat fewer calories, burn more, or both. Add more exercise to your routine, try eating less of the bad stuff, and that should help. Once you get used to less of the bad stuff, you can even cut back more if you want to try loosing more weight. Good luck. It's a shame bad stuff is so good.
