about someone bullying her...YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BELIEVE THIS....the bully ...TWISTED THE STORY AND BLAMED HER!!! she is a snealy b---....What can this nice girl do about it???

Really there is nothing you can do but have your word against hers. Then I would begin to document times and dates of what is happening to you and keep HR informed but do not become a nuisance to them. Since the bully went to HR first I assume she has gone through this before with another person. See if you can find out about her past pertaining to co-workers to help build your case. Good luck.

I suggest trying to get the person who sid oding the bullying caught in the act by someone higher up like a supervisor. I dont know the current work setting so I cant suggest how you can go about doing this but then the supervisors will see the truth.

Make your self a diary of ever encounter with said bully. Dates, Times and places it happened. Make sure said nice person is never a lone with said bully as to always have a witness. Then said bully just may have own up to their bulling ways.

Secret hidden cameras and recorders. If desparation calls contact 48 Hours or 60 minutes. Perhaps 20/20 too. That would set the witch straight.

That sucks.
Tell her to go to HR and tell her side of the story. Make sure she uses these words: HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT
Those words are red flag to anyone in HR. Tell her to try and stay in the public eye of other co-workers when this woman is around. If she sends her any emails, make sure she does NOT respond, but save them. Print them on hard copy and save them on her hard drive. Take precaution, people like that have a serious screw loose.
