Because man are full of wickedness and not consistent.
Example can you trust politician.?

Because it's easier to trust something you can't see and that will never confront you or your opinions rather than face your fears and talk to the man next to you, who might just turn around and disagree with what you are saying. People who trust a being they can't see and haven't ever spoken to above their fellow man are weak.

This doesnt mean like "Oh I trust you to.." like do something or trust someone as in you dont think they would back stab you or commit adultery on you- This means to put your ultimate trust in GOD- And you FAITH in GOD- not man. God should come FIRST in our lives.
