If you've installed them, delete them. If you want to save time downloading them ever again, write them to a CD-ROM.

You can also delete the matching hidden uninstall directories under \WINDOWS.

They are named $NT-patchname$

If you have a lot of hot fixes, chances are you haven't upgraded to XP service pack 2, you can download it from Microsoft for free.

do not delete them they are the updates that keep you running and patch security issues
