It would be difficult to pick your nose properly but you would be able to shake hands with two people at once who could also be shaking hands with another person who would be shaking hands......etc, etc.Quite handy for politicians.

well considering most people are right handed that would mean ablsolutly nothing but honestly it wouldn't change much...adaptation is the key element.
