I have downloaded a movie that is in AVI format. I am trying to burn with Nero. It keeps telling me the burn failed after going through the whole process. What can I do to fix it?

First convert the .avi to .vcd or .dvd format using softwares like `winavi' and then use nero to burn the converted file (the converted file is generally in mpeg format)

I dont know if you can burn it with nero then. I suggest getting a program called anydvd and using nero to burn any dvd you want. Dont download the dvd though, rent or borrow it.
