It is probably a hematoma, which means that a blood vessel burst and the flap now has blood collecting in it. This usually happens when they shake their head and their ears smack against their head causing trauma. You will have to go to the vet to get it fixed. It is a minor surgery and your lab will have to wear a cone on their head. Your vet can talk to you about how to prevent them from happening. Best of luck!!

Has your puppy been rough playing with another dog? I know that rough play involves play biting and if the other dog snagged a puncture in the ear, it could be that it's gotten infected, causing a swelling as well.
I'd suggest calling the vet and looking to see if there's an injury at all in that area too.

Yep! It actually means that they're happy! The bubbles are made with the fish's mucous (I know, gross). When a betta is happy, that means he's ready for a girlfriend and makes a bubble nest. However, just because he makes a bubble nest doesn't mean u should get him a gf, just appreciate the fact that he's happy! Good job!

It's not air - it's clotted blood, called a hematoma.
Take him to your vet - not necessarily immediately, but soon. The vet will drain it (involves puncturing it).

Considering the age of your dog, it sounds like it could be a fatty tumor. Even though it is called a tumor, it is not any thing to cause harm to your dog, unless it gets excessively large.
