First let me start off by saying in Matthew 25 1-13 it indicates many will seek salvation but the door to heaven will be shut and eternal doom is sealed for those who dont except Jesus Christ as their Lord and personal savior.First the Dead will raise and those who are still alive will ascend and meet and see Jesus Face to Face what a glorious day this will be for those who seek rightousness and follow his word.

Yes! Amen! Is this a question?

1 Thessalonians 4:17
After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever.

-Those who believe now will be taken home with the Lord Jesus- for he is coming for "his sheep"

John 10:27
My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me.

The Rapture. Jesus Christ is the central figure of prophecy, just as He is the central figure of the entire Bible. The Rapture of the living saints is the first phase of what is commonly called the Second Coming. To the Christian who truly loves Jesus, the sudden appearance of Christ in the air will hold no fear, dread, or disappointment. This event is the blessed hope Paul mentions in Titus 2:13. At this time, Christ comes and snatches away His church without actually setting foot on the earth. The rapture of the saints is best described in 1 Thessalonians 4:16,17, and 1 Corinthians 15:51,52.

The end times will be full of frightening events. Christians will be spared from suffering some of them by being snatched away in the Rapture. But we will not escape them all, and Christ gave warning and instruction on how to live in the last days (Matthew 24:4-46).

Believers who have died before the Rapture will be resurrected with incorruptible bodies at the Rapture. According to 1 Corinthians 15:52, the bodies of the living saints will be changed too as they are snatched away. The Bible does not give a complete description of the new bodies. The full revelation will be a glorious surprise. We are given a peek at what they will be like in the Gospel accounts of Jesus after His resurrection and in 1 Corinthians 15:52.

The word “rapture” does not occur in the inspired Scriptures. 1 Cor. 15:50, Revised Standard Version: “I tell you this, brethren: flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable.”

Matthew 24:21, 22, “Then there will be great tribulation such as has not occurred since the world’s beginning until now, no, nor will occur again. In fact, unless those days were cut short, no flesh would be saved; but on account of the chosen ones those days will be cut short.” (This does not say that “the chosen ones” will all have been taken to heaven before the great tribulation, does it? Rather, it holds out the prospect to them, along with associates in the flesh, of surviving that great tribulation on earth.)

Revelation 7:9, 10, 14, Revised Standard Version: “After this I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no man could number, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, with palm branches in their hands, and crying out with a loud voice, ‘Salvation belongs to our God who sits upon the throne, and to the Lamb!’ . . . ‘These are they who have come out of the great tribulation.’” (To “come out” of something a person must go into it or be in it. So this great multitude must be persons who actually experience the great tribulation and come out of it as survivors.)
There will be protection for true Christians during the great tribulation.

Romans 10:13, Revised Standard Version: “Every one who calls upon the name of the Lord [“Jehovah,” New World Translation ] will be saved.”

Zephaniah 2:3, Revised Standard Version: “Seek the LORD [“Jehovah,” New World Translation, American Standard Version, Byinton], all you humble of the land, who do his commands; seek righteousness, seek humility; perhaps you may be hidden on the day of the wrath of the LORD.” (Also Isaiah 26:20)

Matthew 5:5, Revised Standard Version: “Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.”

Psalms 37:29, Revised Standard Version: “The righteous shall possess the land [“earth,” Ro, NW], and dwell upon it for ever.” (Also verses 10, 11, 34)

1 Cor. 15:50, Revised Standard Version: “Flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God.”

yeah and? what's the question? seems to me that you're just preaching your favorite fantasy.

Luk 9:27 But I tell you of a truth, there be some standing here, which shall not taste of death, till they see the kingdom of God.

Bible says that Jesus said this over 2000 years ago. since all those standing there at the time are certainly long dead and the kingdom of God failed to materialize, either Jesus lied or he was mistaken.
but don't let facts and logic stand in the way of your glorious imaginings and fervent anticipation.

This will be glorious. But is the door really closed, there will be people living in the tribulation period that will die if they don't take the mark. I believe the door will be closed to "easy" salvation. The door is shut for those who take the mark, blaspheme the Holy Spirit, or reject Jesus. I believe this door is the one that closes at our death.

I thessalonians 4:16 & 17 is part of what you have quoted. if you are talking about a secret rapture I'm afraid your mistaken because If God calls and even the dead wake up; With trumpets blowing I can't imagine that nobody else will hear all that rucus.

Not really a question, but I agree that one day Jesus is coming to call his children home.

What you are describing here is the first resurrection. It has nothing to do with a rapture. The rapture is NOT a Bible teaching.
