also can anyone tell me how to wipe out the waiting time , when the wrong code has been entered into the radio ?

PUT IT IN A PLASTIC BAG, TIED AND PUT IN THE FREEZER FOR A FEW HOURS!

Ignore the radio.... just sing in the car... other drivers will think you're listening to a really cool CD or radio station.

On the other had take it to the dealer and prove its yours.

you could try disconnecting the power for a min to reset it, or if its a good radio, pull fuse from the back, My radio has a reset button on the back of the radio. but is Alpine.

i was told too remove the radio,and put it in the freezer for about 20 mins!!
