I gave up all caffine drinks about a month ago. I'd been drinking about 6 to 8 cups of coffee every day for the past 8 years. It used to pick me up a little, but after an hour or so, it'd drop me back down to hell. I was constantly drowsy.
Now I've never felt better. I only drink water or milk, and when I need something warm, herbal teas can be quite nice.

I don't drink coffee but love tea. Tea is good for you especially green tea. I make it fresh almost every day and keep it in the fridge, then if I want a cold glass of iced tea, I have it on hand. I also heat it in the microwave and add a little sweetener for a nice cup of hot tea.

I hate ordinary tea, but I drink Green tea or Peppermint tea and Camomile before bedtime. I only have one coffee a day and that is an instant Cappacino - can't stand powdered coffee. I think I like my Green tea and my Cappacino equally.

espresso. Tea jogs my memory of a time while a small female I had an extremely sore throat and that i replaced into given tea to maintain my fluids up. i can nonetheless remember the sensation of the tea seeping down my throat like water in a dry river mattress. Rose P.

I prefer tea. Either ice or hot. Coffee is ok, but I prefer it mix with chocolate or something like the ones in Starbucks. But I haven't had one since my mum said that it will keep me short and I want to be tall.
