They're not that common, but you may find one in a large supermarket, as they're likely to stock a larger range of brushes.

That seller only posts to the US, so if you're outside the US you might have to search a bit, but they do exist!

Just stick your tooth brush up the chimney.
I can remember Reading somewhere that soot a good way to whiten your teeth anyway.
