I would carry a recorder around in her pocket and when he comes to her and says something she should press the record button and then go to somebody higher than her boss to prove that she is telling the truth.

YES, carry a recorder and also tell your friend to record( write down everything that is said and done) and the date and the time and the person that said it. After a couple of weeks, take everything that has been recorded on a tape and paper and report the boss.

I suggest a recorder a hidden camera. Also for her to tell whatever human resources department there is or tell the higher ups that are in charge of her boss. A hug too will help.

Yes, She needs a spy recorder thing. They have things that you can buy that are smaller now. Here is a link to a spy pen. It looks like a pen but is a recorder really.

Not sure what your price range is. But I had a friend in your same situation. But went over her boss and got out of their quickly. And then I found this site. Hope this helps.

If any of this abuse is passing through e-mails get her to create a folder in her e-mail and print it off and have a hard copy saved. Recorder is good, but that could get her in trouble. Deffinately write the date, time and what is said in a journal of some sort. Hold on to that and keep it safe (carry it to and from work if you must)

Tell her to contact HR and sit down with a rep from the company. Even if he lies and says it is not true, they have to follow up on it and it may make him take her seriously. If that rep doesn't cease the comments right a letter to the president and contact HR again. Most importantly look at her work policies as well
