I like a girl and i am nice to her and she is nice to me. I am thinking about asking her to go to the movies or something of that ballpark. I am having one of my friends ask what she thinks of me first so i know how to appraoch her if she is even interested. What should i do if she is interested, She is not interested, or doesnt really care? Also my friend wont make it obvious. He will start talking to her about something thing and bring me up. Thats how he will approach it. Will this hurt anything at all? Or should i just go and ask? Also when i say hey to her in the hall she seems really enthused to say hi. Also when she sees me when i am alone she is verry happy to wave at me.

Forget about your friend getting info. If, as you say, she is nice to you, she is likely to go out with you at least once, or turn you down in a NICE way. Go ahead and ask her out.

For starters DON"T GET YOUR FRIEND to talk to her..htats so grade 7...do it yourself...just go up and ask her out..if you want the first time you ask her:
tell her
"A bunch of friends and I are going to the movies, would you like to come with us"
then get your friends together and all go tot eh movies..
then the next day call her up and
"Had a great time at the movies last night, how about me and yuo get together for another one soon"
it all depends on how she answers you know your answer...
Trust me girls are a very complicated gender...but if you want your firend to help then go for it..she just might not tell him anything cause she knows that he is your friend.

It's a really smooth move to get your friend to ask, but what guys don't realize is us ladies would prefer you to come up and ask yourself. What would it hurt? If she is into you, then you'll hit off pretty well. But, if she just wants to be friends,then she'll let you know. Good Luck!!

Just go and ask her. Try to stay away from the "middle man". Plus if your friend talks to her, either way she and you will feel ackward. If you go up to her after you friend talked to her, you already know she likes you and then you could get nervous and screw up. And to, she will fell nervous because the friend has already brought up the subject. Just go ask her and dont worry. She will think more of you if you take it upon yourself and did it. I would not have your friend say anything... if you like her then you should ask her out, and leave your friends out of it, I think it would hurt your chances.... do it casually if you are worried she doesn't like you, if you guys are friends then just talk about a movie coming out that you want to see, and if she wants to see it too then say "oh we should go see it sometime".. something like that.. just make it casual... don't have your friend ask her anything though......

you should send her flowers and in the note say meet me at mcdonalds for lunch. dont send your friend cause he will smooth things over and then he will start dating her. once you get her to mcdonalds ask her if she wants to go steady. if she says yeah dont have sex with her until you are married.
