Do you mean the kind of thick paper called Lincrusta? Created in England in the late 1800's, Lincrusta is a beautiful and unique Victorian wall covering. It comes in double rolls, in a small variety of designs, and must be painted. Christopher Lowell has had it on his show. You can order it through Van Dyke's Restorers at www.vandykes.com or call 1-800-558-1234.

We found it at both Walmart and Kmart. We needed to cover a wall that had old wallpaper that just wouldn't come off. And someone suggested using this since its already textured. It worked great.......and its really wasn't all the expensive, it was actually cheaper there then at the home stores. Good Luck !!!

Your local paint and wallpaper store should have at least one book on this type of material. Or look in the yellow pages for a wallpaper store in your area that carries stock of wallpapers.

LoL. Yes. I see what you mean. Fortunately I have never needed any. Where's the caulk? :) Edit: Where's the caulking stuff? is not going to work either. They will just laugh. Now I will never be able to ask for that stuff with a straight face. Another y/a miracle. Just walk in and hold up a little sign that says "Where's the caulk?"

I bought mine from - belive it or not - JC Penney's.
If you don't have their catalog, check out their web site.
It's less expensive than, say, Sherwin Williams but hey're a good place to go if money's no object. They've got a book full of 'em and I think they have a site, too.
Good luck.
