Most people don't drink 9 or 10 large glasses of *water* each day. Add in the bottle of JD every 3 days and you're probably pickling your liver.
The main thing is if it's causing difficulties with people in your life then, yes it very well could be a problem. Try cutting back to maybe 2-3 beers a day at 1st and make the jack last a week... then see if people around are still saying it's a problem...
Good luck...

Maybe you don't see it as a "problem," and you have likely built up enough tolerance so you don't get a huge buzz, but you are still WAY over the limit, Sport. To put your habits into perspective: a beer with lunch, a beer or maybe two with dinner, and a shot of sippin' whiskey over the course of the evening would be socially acceptable and not detrimental to health. If you feel you "need" more than that, you have developed an unhealthy dependence. If you can't cut back on your own, get help. Your liver - and your girlfriend - will thank you.

I think you do have a drinking problem but dont worry just change your beer in to a glass of water or maybe orange juice or something which are much better for you
but remeber you dont have to cut beers out completly start by cutting down 1 beer every week that way it wont seem like your cutting down much but you are just over a period of time
stil having a beer everyday should be fine and cut the jack down to a bottle a week then you should be fine.
Good luck

you may have a drinking problem.
try not to drink for two days,if you're getting out of your mind and if you can't think of anything else other than drinking and if this makes you aggresive than this may mean you really have a problem.
Face it and try to quit by yourself if this does not work than ask for help.
sometimes we may not be aware of what we are going through.drinking is fun and makes people feel relaxed so every time we feel good we want to keep this so we go on drinking and it's so easy to be addicted to alcohol.
there are different pleassures in life than drinking don't ruin your life.if you become an alcoholic than you can't drink for the rest of your life.

That is a question only you can decide the answer to..however, you are a safety risk to your employer...should you be injured on the job and have to have medical treatment..you'll most likely lose your job, and get to pay all your own medical bills.....
Is your drinking causing a problem in your life?
If it is....may I suggest that you stop....alcohol isn't worth losing your loved ones over....take it from a woman who is married to a recovering alcoholic! My husband chose his family over alcohol...as of today he'd be the first to tell you, it was the best decision he's ever made! Time grow up and consider others in your life!

If it is negatively affecting your life you have a problem. If you can't keep up relationships, jobs, or things along those lines. If you cannot not drink even if you want to, you have a problem. If not, you just like to drink. Who knows, if you are drinking Coors light 10 a day is like two actual beers.

Wow! I am actually surprised by all the above answers saying that you do have a drinking problem.
I would say you definitally DO NOT have a drinking problem. Until it starts hindering your work or LOVING relationships then it could be considered a problem. If your girlfriend tries to make you choose between her and your drinking, then you know exactly who has a problem (and it sure as hell isn't you).
But then again, I am a known alcoholic. However, I am a proffesional bartender and writer so my entire life (relationships, work, and fun) revolves around the consumption of alcohol. I might be a tad biased.

Yes you do. I could understand 1 at lunch break (even though you probaly shoudn't drink at work) and maybe 2 at dinner, but it sounds to me that you're pounding them down like soda or something.
