I know I can give it to someone by kissing them when I have an outbreak, but if I don´t have it anymore (just healed) can it still be contagious? Can I kiss normally, or give oral sex???

Once the cold sore has healed and is no longer active you can have oral sex. Why not use a condom or a dental dam depending on your sex just to be on the safe side when giving oral sex. With kissing you should be fine once the sore has healed.

All types of herpes can be spread even if you do not have an active outbreak. The chances are far smaller of an infection occurring when the virus is in a dormant state, but you can still give it to someone else, kissing or oral.

If you have an obvious outbreak 'do not give oral sex', you will give them genital herpes and you will be reported to the CDC.

when you feel the tingle take lysine supplements and put melaluca oil on it followed by a antiseptic balm. This will speed up healing time.

No the virus' are very similar and you could give someone Herpes Complex (genital herpes) by doing this. Girl clean your act up. Get smart. When you have something like that, it's OK if you want to take risks with you own life but don't f up other peoples in the process.

If it is fully healed then you are not contagious and cannot spread it to anyone/anyway.

If it is not fully healed, then you can spread it through kissing AND with oral sex. In fact, oral sex would likely spread it to your sexual partner who then might easily infect you with genital herpes.
