one way is to keep on running and when you feel out of breath keep pushing your self untill you fell like you are going to die.keep doing that and you well reconize that each time you will be running faster and longer.i hope this information helps.

To improve your stamina you need to do a combination of long and middle distance runs. Alternate days for each of your runs, for example on monday run for 45 minutes to an hour at about 70-80% then on tues day do intervals. For example hun as fast as you can for about 60 seconds, rest two minutes then repeat. Do about 8-10 repeats.
