Hey Ginger...When you say "energy drink" do you mean drinks like "Gatorade" or do you mean drinks like "Rock Star" or "Full
Throttle"? Gatorade is a "Thirst Quencher" drink, it is full of Potassium and Sodium which our body looses when we work and play hard (sweat) it replaces what our body needs to keep us from cramping up ("rehydrates, replenishes and refuels in ways water can't") www.smartspot.com "Full Throttle" energy drink which is made by The Coca Cola Company is more for if you are going to stay up all night or have a lot of things to do! It is not intended for Athletes, it doesn't have the same amount of Sodium (170 mg.) and Gatorade has (440 mg.) and it doesn't have any Potassium, Gatorade has (120 mg). But it has a lot of
"B" Vitamins (B6 and B12) which will give you a lift and then it also has good old Caffeine and Ginseng Extract which will help you WAKE UP! Only information I could find on my "Full Throttle"
was "Consumer Information" Call: 1-800-438-2653 . From my
own point of view, I think that both Gatorade and Full Throttle do
what they advertise, Gatorade will keep me from "cramping up"
and Full Throttle will wake you up if you have a long drive ahead
or if you have a lot of things to do! I haven't tried staying up all
night with it but I have had to drink it when I was really tired and it
did do the job. I hope that I have helped you with writing your paper and best of luck! :-)

Okay I've been to Warped three times and the first time I went, I learned the hard way. You need to bring a bag of some sort, like a cross-body purse or a small backpack (i like the ones with the drawstrings), bring water (but make sure it's not open or the security who check your bag will throw it out), bring a snack of some sort (granola bars, trail mix, something that will keep you full), bring money (depending on how much merch you want but I take at least $100), but make sure it's in a secure place (like your bra or in a wallet in your bag), sunscreen (spf 30 or higher preferably) sunglasses and/or hat (because it's gonna be bright and your face will get burned no matter how much sunscreen you put on it) and I'd bring sharpies because you'll randomly run into band members and they won't always have a pen to sign things with, and make sure your phone is fully charged. Okay here are some tips: Find the Klean Kanteen station (free water), the bathrooms, and the first aid/security tent as soon as you get there, you won't believe how many people have no idea where the first aid tent is, and then they get injured and it takes forever to find it. Don't bring a professional camera, venues won't let them in. Definitely bring your own food/water, it's really overpriced at the venues, the only places that give out free water are the Klean Kanteen stations and the first aid tent, but some venues have drinking fountains as well. If you're not comfortable in the pit, don't go near it, it's better to avoid it then doing something you're not comfortable with or might not be prepared for. Wear really comfortable clothes because it's a long day and you're gonna be miserable if you aren't comfy. Also I'd recommend sneakers over flip flops, but my friend walked around the entire time barefoot and didn't have an issue. You'll get a ton of free stuff, stickers, posters, prizes you win from games, a ton, so definitely bring a bag like i suggested above. Drink a lot of water the day before to ensure that you're hydrated and eat a really healthy, big breakfast. Make sure you get at least 8 hours of sleep, trust me, you'll be really cranky if you don't. Don't leave the sunscreen in the car, you'll definitely need to reapply it at least twice during the day. Make sure you keep an eye on your stuff, I can't tell you how many times I've found credit cards, money, wallets, bags, etc just lying around at my venue, there's literally a giant pile of lost items at the end of every show. And I'd wait to buy merch until it's closer to the end of the day because that's less time you have to carry it around, of course, you run the risk of them not having your size by the time you go, so it just depends on what you want to do. As for Meet and Greets, I've never been so I can't help with that, but I've been to signings before and those are fun. But the most important part is that you enjoy yourself. Just relax and have fun, that's the whole point of the day. You'll be fine, people at Warped tend to take care of each other, especially if they've never been before. (:

My 20 year old son drinks several a day. When he was a child the dentist told me he would probably never get cavities because the enamel on his teeth was very strong.
He never had any cavities until last year since he started drinking the energy drinks. He had 3 in 1 checkup.
Those things are pure sugar.....bad for the body and especially bad for the teeth.

They all suck.. they are filled sugar (which gives you energy)
They are all a big scam. Pour 5 spoons of sugar into a glass of water and drink, You will get the same results.
