Happiness boils down to good r/nships, good health & good provision, is there any truth in this?

we, borg pet just spend time with doctors of the happiness theory. what do you good folks think?

Would acceptance & convictions of your own beliefs be part of it too?

These things help but true happiness is a choice. It really is. I have good relationships, am fairly poor and my health can be iffy. I choose to be happy and positive. After a while it becomes a habit.

I don't get your 'borg' thing. Anyway yes, all you have to do is look at Standard of living and Quality of life indexes to see your answer. Even though America had been getting richer, an increase in S.O.L., their Q.O.L. has gone down; longer commuting, less vacation and family time etc.

Those things make happiness easier, but they don't guarantee it. Happiness comes from within and making the most of your situation. As cliche as it sounds, it is true.
