she's not attracted to you, shes being polite, but shes not in love with you
lucky for you, attraction can grow. keep her as a friend. dont hound her or suffocate her by trying to be around her everywhere she goes. play her game. be "friendly". take her video game shopping. challenge her to a game of thumb wrestling. talk about sports and chicks and "guy topics" with her. treat her like a bratty lil sister. do things to rub it in her face that she's the one that wanted you guys to "just be friends". then she'll become attracted to you in the way you want her to be
dont beg or supplicate. dont mope. be the guy that enjoys whatever life throws at him and makes the best of it. you'll get her if you dont chase her

just leave her the free space to think and give her own openion about her relation with you, and for you, keep treating her as you feel. may be one day she too feels love. don't ever try to persuade her loving you, she then will think negatively about you !!
