I know mine was when I went back home to South Africa a couple years ago after 16 years of not seeing my family. It was very emotional because I saw so much family that i hadn't seen in SO long. When I moved i was 3 so for me to go back and finally see what everyone is about was great. Nobody really came to visit up where I live so i really didn't know anyone maybe an uncle and some aunts and a few cousins but thats just a couple out of the great big bunch. I did find it hard to adjust to everyone at first because i do have a very large family on both my father and mothers side of the family. But we are really close with my dads side though. But i did find though I had an instant conection with everyone. Thats just a bit of what happend when i went back. now I'm glad that I got a chance to see my family. Has anything like this happen to you or what was the best thingthat ever happened to you? :-)

My job. I was a single mother of 3 girls, I worked at a truckstop making $189 a week and was somehow making ends meet but barely.One night 2 men came in to drink coffee.They were from out of town and had come to my town to work.We started talking and they were telling me what they did. One of them is the owner of a permitting company that does work for some of the biggest oil companies in the world.I asked them if there was anything I could do. They said sure come by the office tomorrow.Well, I went by the next day and one of them was telling me I would have to enter data in the computer, answer the phone , stuff like that.I said how much does it pay.He said well, we start you out at $125 a day. My chin hit the floor.I couldn't believe it.I started the next day and have been with them for a little over a year.I'm up to $225 a day now and love it.I have learned so much and learn more everyday.This has been a major life change for me.I have also met a wonderful guy and it seems everything is falling into place.I think God looked down from heaven that day and blessed my life.

Family is great to have and share things with, but the greatest thing in life is when you have your own child. Children are such a great miracle. You get to bestow all of your love and attention on a little angel of your own. When you experience that you will know an even greater exaltation than the one you felt when you went to South Africa and saw all the family that you hadn't seen for so long. Great story by the way.

So happy to hear that your visit home was so pleasureable!! It is always great to see family that you haven't seen for awhile, but in your case...being 16 years...WOW.....there were some major changes there!!!
I would have to say the best thing that ever happened to me was when I watched my granddaughter being born back in 1999. She is just my absolute pride and joy. She lives with me most of the time and she cries when she has to go home. I have 6 grandchildren, but she and I are so very very close.

it was the day my brother was born. i luv him so much. i also luv my sister, but i dont remember the day she was born, because i was very young, then. i was only 2 years old. but when my bro was born i was almost 10, so i remember everything so clearly. i luv my entire family so much because they were all there 4 me the past 14 years of my life. thnk u god for such a wonderful family [ especially my bro]

my friend christina running away from home. let me explain. if she hadn't, my cousin wouldn't have had to help me hide her. if she hadn't, she wouldn't have been able to get me to go out wiht my husband. if she hadn't i wouldnt' have had my two wonderful kids or my wonderful life. everythign good that has happened to me has happened because of this man, who i never would have met (i refused ot go on blind dates back in the day) if christina would not have run away.
