Besides feeling great when you first start, what do you guys feel after the first two months? Do you still feel sore or more sore? Cause Ive been pushing it hard for two months straight and lost about 20 pounds but lately I feel beat.

Be sure that you are giving yourself ample recovery time. Every two months, try to take a few days off to allow your body to recovery. Failure to recover stunts growth, burns you out and will lead to injury.

You've lost some weight -- that's great. Now give yourself a few days off.

Also be sure you are eating enough protein to facilitate muscle growth / repair. Again, you can short change your fitness gains by not consuming enough calories to prepare yourself for your next workout.

Good luck.

after the first week or 2 the soreness should be down to a minimum. make sure you change your routines every few weeks (2-3). if not you will hit a plateau and your body wont respond anymore to the workouts. losing weight is part of it but you should start gaining some back with muscle. pick up some magazines such as muscle and fitness or flex to get some more info on working out.
