Unscrew all the screws

2006-11-02 02:52:51 · answer #1 · answered by KathyS 7 · 0 0

Look for some screws, get a screwdriver, and turn the screwdriver counter clockwise. Save all the screws you take out in a plastic bag. It is better to work from the top and go down instead of from the bottom of the crib and go up.

Be sure the crib is empty of everything (mattress, blankets, toys, baby, etc).

If you get too handy with the work around the house your hubby may get lazy--be careful!!
Good luck!

Learn2bst has it almost right.... you'll want to unscrew counter-clockwise or you will be tightening the screws. I also like to label things as I take it apart so I know where eveything goes when I need to get it back together.

The same way you'd take anything apart - start by unscrewing all the screws. This isn't brain surgery ... or is it lolol

you'll need a screwdriver (not the drink, but one of those might be helpful too, just kidding) find the screws and remove them.
