Not necessarily. Anyone can be prejudiced. We all have areas of life that we don't know much about. We all make assumptions that might turn out to be wrong.
In life, we all make up our own minds. We choose what we believe is right and wrong. We find there are leaders and experts we generally agree with, and others we don't agree with as often.
But I do find that I learn more from listening to people I disagree with, than people I agree with.

Everyone has a right in their assumptions. You don't need to have a dregree in Theology or a Seminarian Professor.

Nope! Jesus' apostles were not educated in a seminary or anything like that. Some of them were just fishermen before Jesus called them. So having a degree in Theology doesnt mean that a person is always right or that their word is gospel truth!!!

Degrees mean nothing unless you want to teach or be on TV as a "specialist". I personally know non-Jews who have studied Judaism on their own for over 20 yrs and could run circles around nearly every Rabbi, Preacher or Professor on the subject.

The logic is using 3 types of proven. The object details containing ; a simulars object details compare; a holyman or authority statement. We knowledge and reality is always compare with other simular object and prove. The holyman statement is only a concern othewise it become a superinsitution.

Yes they have to be right but it does not mean they will be.
One theologian can say one thing and another theologian say another thing and they're both not right because they're talking about the same thing. This is why you need an authentic and authoritative interpreter which is the Holy Catholic Church given by Christ. The Church is the holder of truth regarding faith and morals that Christ entrusted.

No, a degree means something between 2-15 years of study. You couldn't possibly learn everything there is to know about (even one) religion in that limited time frame.

I think they are well prepared for any discussion and, they can feel pretty confident but, just to assume they are right, no.Theology is not fact. But in the same breath they are knowledgeable so they can be confident.
