i tried using everything and the most unexspensive product has me looking beautiful like $3.00 dollars worth i don't think you will get anything that works better for this cheap......its called acquate acne treatement and you can find it at walmart where they have the perfumes section or probably At walgreens.....you should buy the face wash and the cream is the one that helps the most ... but whatever you do don't leave it for to long or put it on day time..... this product works really good leave it for 15 min and then wash with the face wash but make sure when your done washing you put son block on your face or cream that doesn't have scent...... so your face won't start peeling or dry up... why cream withough scent because it causes you to have more pimples..... do not wash your face with soup because that is one of the other things that causes pimples..... i really garantee it'll will work if you fallow the procedure everyday ........if it causes real dryness discontinue using ... only use it when really needed.. also i see that you vatar has bangs on the front of her forhead ... if you really do that and wear hair spray that is causing your pimples to get larger or suppoting them to grow... wash you face daily and i mean wash it daily like 3 times a day.....if you ware make up .... lower it to twice atlist even if it means putting all over again... its worthed trust me...............................................

The first and most important thing you can do is take care of yourself. Refined sugars and greasy, fatty foods will make you break out. End of discussion. You need to keep really well hydrated. Your avatar has bangs, and if you do in real life, that will contribute to your problem. Try pinning them up at night.
The less you touch your forehead, the better. I like natural products better than chemical ones, but at the same time, sometimes you just need some salicylic acid. The key for me is antibacterial. Tea tree, witch hazel, alcohol, anything anti bacterial. Occasionally, I use Neo Sporin as a spot treatment, but you have to be careful not to overuse that or it'll lose its effectiveness.
Always use a light moisturizer, maybe one with some Vitamin C in it, to keep your face balanced.
If this stuff isn't working, use an exfoliating scrub, and if it's still stubborn, use something with salycic acid. I like Neutrogena, but you should try things for yourself.
Good luck

If you haven't seen a dermatologist, try to get to one. That person can evaluate your skin and give you an idea about the best products. Another suggestion is if you use birth control, see if you can switch pills. Some of them have the ability to prevent acne. Of course, keep your face clean, and use quality make-up products.
