According to Jacob’s deathbed prophecy, the tribe of Judah was to produce the permanent royal heir, Shiloh (meaning “He Whose It Is; He To Whom It Belongs”). (Genesis 49:10) Appropriately, therefore, before the overthrow of the kingdom of Judah, Jehovah, through Ezekiel, directed these words to Zedekiah: “Remove the turban, and lift off the crown. This will not be the same. Put on high even what is low, and bring low even the high one. A ruin, a ruin, a ruin I shall make it. As for this also, it will certainly become no one’s until he comes who has the legal right, and I must give it to him.” (Ezekiel 21:26, 27) The one having the legal right, as indicated by the angel Gabriel’s announcement to the virgin Jewess Mary some 600 years later, is none other than Jesus, the Son of God. (Luke 1:31-33) It is, therefore, fitting that Jesus Christ bears the title “the Lion that is of the tribe of Judah.”—Revelation 5:5.

Also, if you refer to Matther chapter 1, you will find the geneology of Jesus. Verse 2 speaks of the line of Judah and the following verses go on with the line wherein you will be able to see where Jesus comes into it.

Yes both Joseph and Mary came from the tribe of Judah.

FYI the 12 tribes all come from the sons of Jacob (Israel).
They are:
Reuben
Simeon
Levi
Judah
Dan
Naphtali
Gad
Asher
Issachar
Zebulun
Joseph
Benjamin

However the bible never speaks of the tribe of Joseph it is divided into two, his sons Manasseh and Ephraim. This would make number 13 however since the Levites didn't receive their own inheritance, they are supported by the other tribes for their holy temple work, in listing the tribes through out the Bible Joseph and Levi is replaced with Manasseh and Ephraim.

If you read Luke 3:23-38 (focus on vs. 34 -Judah) it will answer the question of Jesus' lineage through Joseph. The 12 tribes go back to the birth of Jacob and Essau in Genesis. Through his wives, Jacob has 12 sons which is where the tribes come from. If you keep reading, God later changes Jacob's name to Israel, and you should know the rest of the story (look at history).
Hope this helps.

Joseph was of the tribe of Judah, being a descendant of King David.
Mary was a Levite of the line of Aaron. That meant that Jesus united the royal and priestly lines.
