When God confused the languages at the tower of Babel, different small groups of people broke away and went to different parts of the earth. The strongest genetic factors in each group would explain the differences in appearance. It has been determined scientifically that in every person on earth, the genetic possibility is available to produce the whitest white person and the blackest black person.

When people migrated away from each other, they became isolated. When a group is isolated they begin to look alike after some time. Its like a closed gene pool.
There are three basic sub-races of humans. But we are all the same race-human. According to DNA research done at the University of California Berkeley, all people on this earth descended from one fully developed human woman (they called her Eve). These findings were published in "Newsweek" (Jan 11,1988). The article was titled "The Search for Adam and Eve".
This ends the argument that different races evolved from different animals. Years ago before we began to travel so much, all Africans were black, all Europeans were white, and all Asians were yellow (or brown). The race had "variates" or changes based on their isolation and environment. Also, Noah had three sons, and there are 3 sub-races. Think about it.

Here is 2 points I have heard on this question.
1. When God confounded the languages he also made them the different colors, but no proof is given in the bible on that.
2. Since Adam and Eve's kids slept with one another cause there was no other people on the earth, that over time brought on the different colors. Some say this is proven fact that imbreeding over time will cause this.
Now if any of this is true I have no clue. I have never searched it.

LOL at somebody who gives "evolution" as the answer. The answer is that we did not all come from Adam and Eve. They were part of God's chosen people...the Israelites. The Gospel (literally, "Good News") was the revelation that all of us (whether or not from Adam and Eve) are saved through God's son Jesus Christ. God created us all...though we did not all come from Adam and Eve.

We were all black at one time until our ancestors left the equatorial cradle of Africa and spread out over the earth. Those who settled in equatorial areas maintained there melanin levels to protect their skin from sun exposure and those who settled in areas where sunlight was at lower levels evolved lighter skin to increase the ability of their skin to produce vitamin D. Those who didn't evolve were unable to pass on this trait and their descendants were survivally challenged. Adam and Eve story is just a silly myth.

We are all made in the image of God--so God must be a little bit of everything. When Jesus came to earth as a man-studies show that he was not white--he was dark-skinned, (and it wasn't from sun exposure) and he had dreadlocks. The pictures we see are just man's interpretation of what they think he looks like. We are all family--whether people like it or not.

We are different colors because of climate. White people live usually in colder climate and people who have more pigment live in hotter climate. This happened MANY years ago an is etched in our genetic make up. Christians don't pooh the idea of adaption (which is what skin pigmentation is about).
Thanks for asking!

Dont expect to get a logic answer.....If you read the Bible without Human intervention, and read it as it was written...you will see that "Male and Female were CREATED in Genesis 1."
In Genesis 2.."Adam was FORMED, and Eve was taken out of his CURVED DOUBLE HELIX...(dna)."

Maybe because it is just a Myth, a legend,
1000 years ago, the Roman had their own religion and they were sure it was true.
Let's see what will happen with our own religion within 1000 years.
