I don't think there is a real universal energy, but at the same time in some places there is a kind of energy when everyone is gathered together in the same activity, I felt that way when I was in Mecca doing Umrah. It was a warm good feeling seeing all the people there doing the same activities, as there has been for hundred of years.

I dunno. A friend of mine says if u hold ur hands out in front of u palms facing each other take some deep breaths, then separate them slowly, then slowly brings ur hands together u should get a feeling like ur pushing on something that is pushing ur hands away from each other a bit. I tried it and did feel something a little bit. He said that is energy.
